Join us for our first meeting of 2019 as we listen to Michael Reddington discuss Truth, Deception and Misconceptions in the Workplace.

Speaker Biography

Michael Reddington, CFI, is an executive resource, Certified Forensic Interviewer, President of Inquasive, and the developer of the Disciplined Listening Method.  Michael has been invited by companies, government agencies and executive groups to facilitate his programs across the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Ireland, Europe, Africa and the Middle East. He has led over one thousand programs and educated over ten thousand participants from over 50 countries on topics including leadership communication, sales, negotiation, customer service, and interview and interrogation techniques.

Michael goes well beyond facilitating and advising.  He applies customized content specifically designed to meet the needs of each client with a humorous and intelligent delivery style.  His diligent preparation, attention to each participant’s concerns, and added context coalesce to drive home the learning objectives.  With Michael it’s never a presentation or advisory session, it’s always an experience.

Truth, Deception and Misconceptions in the Workplace

In order to fulfill their commitment to protect their organizations, human resource professionals are consistently challenged to get the real story from applicants, employees and executives.  Those who develop the skills necessary to see past the myths and stereotypes to accurately identify when their colleagues suddenly appear uncomfortable will have a significant advantage.   At the conclusion of this presentation all attendees will understand the myths associated with “lie detection”, develop an awareness of what key behavior changes look like and possess a system to accurately evaluate everything they see and hear.

This program has been approved for 1 hour of general professional development credit by SHRM and HRCI.
